At Imperio Real Corp., we strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy to understand how your items will be delivered.


1. Order Fulfillment & Shipping Destinations

Clothing Items

All clothing items ordered through Imperio Real Corp. will be shipped directly to Trendsi. These shipments are fulfilled through our partnered distribution center and are subject to Trendsi's receiving and processing times.

Accessories

All accessories (including but not limited to jewelry, bags, hats, and sunglasses) will be shipped directly to Imperio Real Corp. for quality control and final packaging before any further distribution.


2. Processing Time

  • Standard Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping Notifications: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or the platform where the order was placed.


3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reputable carriers to ensure reliable delivery. Shipping methods will vary based on the destination and item type. Standard and expedited options may be available depending on the delivery location.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Clothing Items to Trensy: Shipping fees may be covered under contractual agreements with Trensy or calculated at checkout based on weight and volume.

  • Accessories to Imperio Real Corp.: Shipping fees are calculated based on item quantity and destination, unless otherwise covered under a bulk shipment arrangement.


5. Damaged or Lost Items

If items are lost or arrive damaged, please notify us within 7 business days of delivery confirmation. We will work with the shipping provider and relevant parties (Trensy or our internal team) to resolve the issue promptly.
