Returns and Refunds Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

1. Clothing (Apparel / Merch)

Clothing items are fulfilled via dropshipping through our supplier, Trendsi. Manufacturing, processing, shipping, and returns are handled directly by Trensi.

To request a return:

  1. Email imperiorealpr@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

  2. We will contact Trensi to process your request.

  3. If approved, Trensdi will provide the return address.

  4. Note: Trensi may or may not provide a prepaid label. In most cases, the customer covers return shipping.

2. Jewelry

Jewelry is handled directly by Imperio Real Corporation. You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Customized jewelry is non-returnable.

Steps:

  1. Email imperiorealpr@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

  2. We’ll send return instructions.

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process the refund within 5–10 business days.

📩 Return Labels (Clothing)

As clothing items are processed by Trensi, Imperio Real Corporation does not issue return labels directly. We will assist you in contacting Trensi. They will determine whether to issue a return label or require the customer to pay for shipping.

💰 Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of up to 15% of the product value may be applied for returns not related to damage, defects, or fulfillment errors. This applies in cases such as:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Order mistakes

  • Open packaging or minimal use

No restocking fee will be charged for damaged or incorrect items.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, Imperio Real Corporation will cover the shipping cost.

❌ Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.

🌍 Geographic Coverage

This policy applies to orders shipped within Puerto Rico and the United States. For international orders, please contact us prior to purchase.
